Kat Gicante

Kat Gicante comes to Service Title with a strong background in Customer Service and Communications. She was a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines for thirty years before retiring in 2022. She next taught high school English for four years in Petersburg but decided a second career in Education was not her passion so she is now manning the downstairs reception desk at Service Title on Slide Road. “It is wonderful to be a team member in a company that is so Customer-oriented and such a positive place to work” she says. She sees many similarities of her new job to that of flight attending. “Purchasing a property or home is a big event that many people will do only once or twice in a lifetime.” she explains. “They come in and are out of their element. I try to greet everyone with a smile and friendly word to put them at ease and make the experience a happy occasion. You have your ‘frequent fliers’ as well – those who buy and sell property and homes all the time but still, a friendly greeting, a pleasant word never hurts in this bustling world!”
